Upscale Business Consultancy was founded in 2024 after seeing the same problem across dozens of local businesses: owners who were brilliant at their craft but struggling to get enough customers through the door.
They'd hire an agency for Google Ads, another for their website, maybe a freelancer for SEO — and nobody was coordinating anything. The ad agency didn't talk to the web designer.
